Hello! I am Jana a licensed wellness massage therapist with 20+ years of experience and the owner of Essential Massage. My vision is to help clients of all levels experience the healing benefit of massage therapy. I commonly integrate Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Therapy, Trigger Point and Connective Tissue release massage as well as my advanced training in oncology, pregnancy and hot stone to help clients have happier hearts and healthier bodies.
I reside in beautiful Seattle, WA with my miniature Dachshund, Wiley. When I am not working, I enjoy hiking, yoga and enjoying local food and wine from the region.

SEATTLE SIGNATURE MASSAGE
A custom massage which uses a combination of different massage therapy techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, etc.) and levels of pressure based on your specific needs to provide a custom massage experience based on how you are feeling that particular day for 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
DETOX MASSAGE
Spark your bodies natural healing process with a combination of deep tissue and sports massage to help rid the body of toxins and unhealthy substances by stimulating the lymphatic systems to increase circulation, energy and help break down cellulite. Take home a detox brush to help keep your skin looking radiant and young between sessions.

This massage begins with an aromatherapy journey where your massage therapist will guide you as you blend your own oil by expressing your story through a range of aromatherapy products. Your essential oil blend will be used throughout your Swedish massage session to alleviate tension and improve circulation within your inner self.
Experience beauty and wellness with cannabis-infused one-hour massage treatment utilizing CBD, a non-psychoactive extract from the hemp plant. Experience incredible pain relieving and anti-inflammatory properties to prevent and relieve muscle and joint pain, nerve pain, muscle soreness, stress and anxiety.

Scalp Massage- Essential oils are worked into the scalp and massed to stimulate hair growth and relieve scalp tension. $20

Butter Cream Foot Massage - A 30-minute decadent hydrating foot massage with steamed towels. $40
Foot Exfoliation - Using salts/Sugar, butter cream and heated mitts, this is a hydrating and healing add on to any massage. $10
